Dou bula, I'm Emele - the founder of Studio Kiin.


I am a a Tokelauan Fijian storyteller. My research and practice area of interest is Oceanic Indigenous-led storytelling, working across live performance, film, tv & digital media as a writer, director, creative producer, performer, educator and mentor.

I teach because I believe in the power of collective knowledge and memory as the key to a transformative creative arts industry.
